Well, I didn't get the online video job.  I'm not terribly upset about it, though, as unless I negotiated my salary quite well it was going to be a pay cut...  And my applying spurred my manager to offer me another job in sales that would potentially pay more.  Plus, if I get a video camera, I can do freelance work and still get internet video
