Went to see Elizabeth: The Golden Age on Friday...
It did make me want to throw up my hands at points, but that's to be expected, I think (especially when they have what looked like 2 English ships up against the Spanish Armada, and no mention whatsoever of Robert Dudley).

Cate Blanchett is absurdly beautiful.

I thought they did the S/J a disservice by not saying anything about the team or who would be missed. I totally missed the photo and hated the Rodney announcement. Made my skin crawl.

Of course, I'm a HUGE J/R fan so it left it open when he didn't name names. I'm looking forward to lots of slash written about it.
