Oh wow. That ending. I was already emotional when she and Chuck were arguing about whether Blair would marry Dan or not, then BOOM that ending.

Eyes just went all round and...kinda speechless right now.

The last line made me gasp out loud--- loved this chapter!!
Chuck is so clearly out of place -- his seething anger makes him seem like a snake in the grass, coming into their warm, loving household. The interaction between him and the kids made me laugh, though.
So glad Blair and Dan are coming together!! Thanks for brightening my morning!! Lovely writing-- the warmth, connection between them is palpable, and you draw the children so beautifully.
