How much does it cost to pay for the shelter and food, per month? Also, who are these boarders who have not been paying?

For every cat in the cattery, a rescuer needs to pay up to $60 for the boarding; food, water, cat litter, shelter all included. And apparently, close to 30K is currently accruing from the cattery's rescuers alone.

They are from all walks of lives. From housewives to professionals like lawyers, models and even local celebs, those not paying are those we haven't seen for long time apparently.
