Over text I was giving this piece of advice to a girlfriend who was feeling lonely and insecure,"you must have faith that your loved ones keep you in their hearts the same way you keep them..."

And it struck me once again how I never never never follow my own advice. Hello, je suis le hypocrite du jour.
