Vegan Fried Un-Chicken

Holy crap you guys is this ever GOOD!  Everyone likes this, and that doesn't really happen so often around here. I read your posts on some of this stuff and I realize that from a variety stand-point, i am very spoiled living in Seattle.

I can find vegetarian chicken bouillon at a very large number of the grocery stores around me. There's only 1 where I'm not sure if they have it or not...

In fact, I just bought a package of the new supposed to really be awesome Vegan cheese from Daiya -- that we'll be checking out in the next day or two.

All of this stuff was readily accessible in Florida, as well. Not here though, and I miss that. What I wouldn't give to be able to get my hands on some Daiya. It melts too!
