Vegan Fried Un-Chicken

Holy crap you guys is this ever GOOD!  Everyone likes this, and that doesn't really happen so often around here. If, like me, you don't have vegetarian chicken bouillon powder on hand (because I can't find it around here anywhere!), then the first thing you're going to want to do is head on over to the Vegan Feast Kitchen and make up a batch of

I read your posts on some of this stuff and I realize that from a variety stand-point, i am very spoiled living in Seattle.

I can find vegetarian chicken bouillon at a very large number of the grocery stores around me. There's only 1 where I'm not sure if they have it or not...

In fact, I just bought a package of the new supposed to really be awesome Vegan cheese from Daiya -- that we'll be checking out in the next day or two.

All of this stuff was readily accessible in Florida, as well. Not here though, and I miss that. What I wouldn't give to be able to get my hands on some Daiya. It melts too!
