The Fuck People?

Can someone please explain to me why I seem to be the only person on the entire freaking internet who thinks that THIS is painfully unbearably sad?  This is not a rhetorical question, by the way.

Mental illness.
MENTAL illness.
Mental ILLNESS.

Loneliness.
Clinical Depression.
Anger.
Despair.

There's a fucking difference between all of those things and "

You don't think that in the course of NINE MONTHS not one single person stumbled across his website and the blog he was keeping on the internet? It's not like he was cryptically speaking of his plans. He spelled it out. He published his full name and his location and his place of employment and the specific gym he frequented. He wasn't hiding. He WANTED someone to notice what he was doing.
