I love this.

Blaine totally had Wes & David help him out with that one; they looked altogether too smug at the end of the Warbler meeting.

Exactly. Besides, In my headcannon, Wes and David were/are totally Blaine's best friends at Dalton until Kurt came along monopolizes all of Blaine's time. So of course they KNOW that Blaine has finally figured out that he likes Kurt, and they're going to do whatever they can to FINALLY get the two together.

Glad you enjoyed it. thanks For reading.

Lol. Thank you. The whole scene was just so over the top, it just...screamed staged to me. Especially when they all seemed really upset that he would suggest that there be a duet, but then a second later they're ALL agreeing to a duet, and unanimously voting in Kurt without an audition? seemed fishy to me. So my brain supplied this.

Kazoos!

I loved that Wes and David knew what Blaine's request was really about.

Kazoos!

This was awesome!

So, so so my favorite line from that seen! I just had to use it. why do you think that the fic title is that line? It's because David's line is brilliant. One of the two reasons I wrote this story actually. the Other one Being Wes's face after they vote Kurt for the Duet. Because, seriously? It's amazing. I totally fell in love with Wes there.

And of course they got it. I don't know how it WOULDN'T be cannon that Wes, David, and the rest of the Warblers know that Kurt and Blaine are secretly in love with each other. Or not so secretly now. *Squees like a little school girl*

Blaine shot him a weary look. “This is Kurt. I think it needs to be a little more heartfelt than that. I've already screwed this up enough, I don't need to screw it up further by saying the first thing that comes out of my mouth. It needs to be...romantic.”

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS. I was always wondering how he became such a romancer all of a sudden. I even prompted it in the fluff meme. He totally does it (or at least tries) for Kurt, and it's freaking adorable. :D

As well as his stammer; so in character and perfectly written. :)

“Wha...You...How...I didn't even know...How did you....Wait, I'm not in love...yet...but.... How....What?” Blaine stuttered.

yes, but for me it's definitely more like I had David say right after -

“Blaine, you're telling him that you return his feelings,” David argued. “It's going to be romantic just for that fact. You really try too hard sometimes. You make it much more complicated than it should be.”

Because seriously, the boy tries way too hard. He needs to realize that what makes romance good, is just being himself and saying what he feels. He doesn't necessarily need the big gestures. And that is where he hit it on the head with that Kiss, because he was just being honest. He needs to be honest more often. :)

OMG SO TRUE! How'd I never think of that? XD

Oh my God, staged!Warbler meeting is my new head-cannon. It makes so much more sense than the actual scene! (Although I did giggle at the "everyone is in love with Blaine" dynamic)

Doesn't it though? And once the idea gets in your head, there's no getting rid of it.
Thanks for reading!
