do you like the trevor nunn movie of 12th night? I have my issues with it *grumble* but I think antonio's story is played as very sad, and Orsino at the end is kind of like "Oh good I get to marry a girl it all works out" but clearly not sincere about it, like he's just making the best and doing what will save face in a crap situation.

I've actually never seen it (I've only seen stage productions of 12th before), but now it sounds like I have to look into it…

as I mentioned, it has some problems. But it has some good points too. (Helena Bonham Carter as Olivia is a bonus)
