[There is a burst of static over the frequency, a clank of falling plastic, then a pixilated video. Even though the image appears to be sideways, a man can be made out. He’s leaning against a brick wall in a blue suit covered by a yellow rain-slicker, a gun held against his chest. It looks like he’s been running. When he speaks it's in Japanese]
