Wow, saw the first episode of Meine Liebe Wieder today. Am glad the series is continuing, because I rather like many of the characters. Specifically the contrast between Lui and Orphe is very interesting and I am looking forward to a lot more UST-arguments between them ( Read more... )

Bleach has some of the best female characters, ever.

Yeah, the one on your icon is yet another example. I never found an anime in which I liked so many of the female characters. In PoT for instance, I just like Ann of the younger ones. In Gundam Wing all the females seemed to be defined by the fact that they had some kind of thing with one of the guys instead of being characters by themselves. With Matsumoto for instance; she's got the whole tragic love thing going with Gin, but though she thinks about him, she's also doing lots of other stuff (like getting younger boys drunk :P).
