VERY excited about the new house...bummed about the other one because it was damn adorable...but thrilled that you like this one even better! That's even better. I saw a few shots in your April SnapFish you sent.
While we're not in your vicinity, we can always give advice on fixing things or redoing stuff, with two on-our-own basement finishes under our belts. We do always recommend hiring out dry wall and carpeting. We despised doing drywall ourselves the first time around.
While K-Man does indeed look much like daddy, there is still something so very powerfully you in his face that I can't quite place it. He has my dark blue eyes. They are strangely bright like my father's. And he has Mom's chin.
The new house is even better. It's a bungalow and the yard is better and the parking will be better. AND!!!very few things to fix. Nothing I can't do or have Papa do. It'll be so much better. I doubt we'll finish the basement. Don't want to price ourselves out of the market for resale.
And OMG!!! Keenan is crawling. Started today. I would write it in my baby book, but it's packed. Doing a dance of joy!!!
