In addition to the amusing title, the methodology is nice (diagrams included!), though no better than other solutions I've seen. This particular line of research is surprisingly still fairly unexplored.
That's awesome research. I'm interested in social networks in the context of obesity. There was an awesome article in the NEJM this fall by Christakis et al about the spread of obesity through social networks. Online at NEJM they should some really cool moving images of how the social network shifted over time. Although their study wasn't methodologically perfect, it's an interesting field.
