One thing that I can't make myself try is John/Dean or John/Sam or John/both. I can't with that level of Wincest. And it is weird because I didn't have the slightest problem with the mother/son in Anne Rice's books, and the father/son in Poppy Z. Britte's.

waheeee that's the best 100-list soundtrack title ever. :D There can't possibly be anything missing. That is a fiiiiiine list of tunes there. Aside from Rush. I would rather have my eyes taken out with ice cold spoons than listen to Rush. But that's just my personal taste. BUT otherwise, fully and completely awesome. Should I download these links and prepare them all on cd for us? Some of these I don't know by name, but probably will once I hear them ( ... )

Do take Rush off the list! It's not among my faves either, so go ahead. And add Steve Miller plz, anything you want in, it's ours :D
If you want to make the cd's, yeah *dances* if you don't have time I can make them as well, but you can sound proof them in your car and all, test the sing-along-ness of them XD

I love Silent Lucidity right where they played it, it's perfect. I used to listen to it and think of it as more of a sweet song, until they played it to Sam's tears and Sam's soul breakage and I could feel how very *sad* it could be, specially the beginning, it's beautiful like that, it's so moving. I didn't really care about Madison much but just Dean not being able of protecting Sam from that side of the world, of having to sacrifice ( ... )

It's fun going through this list trying to remember where songs fit in. :D Man looking through all this really does echo how WEIRD it is for the episodes not to have a musical vibe to them anymore. I just got back in black as a ring tone on my phone and set it as my alarm. That should royally scare the hell out of me in the morning when I forget that's what I set it to. XD
