Bored Doctor

He's reclining in the booth that has the carved table. He's got his scalpel out and is adding to the design.

There might be a glass of alcohol next to him, which he drinks from occassionaly.

Um. Yeah, that's it. Told you he was bored.

River smirks as she hops over the back of the booth and into the seat, picking up the glass to taste what he's drinking. "Hullo, Brother-Love"

She's not bored. She's playful... and easily amused.

He pauses in his carving and looks over at her, smiling brightly. "Sister-dear. Acquired a taste for brandy?"

"Have a taste for anything you like, Simon." there's a suggestive tone, there... but she means it quite literally... Anything He enjoys, she likes as well. Food, drink, anything.

He smiles. "Wonder what you and brandy taste like, together..." he muses out loud, flipping the scalpel between his fingers absently.

He looks down at the tool, looks over at the glass, then River's skin...hrm...he's not into going upstairs to play properly, but surely they won't get into trouble if he tastes what brandy tastes like when mixed with blood over skin...

Ianto Jones hadn't been in the lunatic cafe, nor had he been in amnesia land before either. So he's looking a little confused as he looks at the sign on the wall in the cafe. He scowled a little reading the rules before turning to look around.
Of course the young welshman would notice the Doctor. Who wouldn't? He smiled softly watching him, he was cute. Not as cute as the captain Jack. But still, attractive none the less. He approached slowly before smiling "Tea is better for you"

He looks up, pausing in his carving for the moment, the half-finished Chinese character still unreadable. He glances at his drink and shrugs.

"Glass of brandy every once in a while doesn't hurt," he says, going back to his 'art'.

Ianto licked his lips briefly before asking "You wouldn't happen to be able to tell me 'where' here is?" she asked "In relation to Wales and the Rift in time and space....... is it Through the rift?" he asked before offering a hand "Oh And I'm Ianto Jones"

"I have no idea where this is. I just know that it's here." Another shrug. Then he's shaking that proffered hand. "Doctor Simon Tam. ...Wales? As in New Wales, on Londinum? Or ancient Wales on Earth-that-was?"

Spencer hadn't been in a Nexus before so this would probably end up as a very short trip.
The fact he also fell in knocking Whisky all over Simon, probably wouldn't help this be a long trip. "I'm so....uh....sorry" he said patting at the mess glancing around as he did so he wasn't really paying attension to the hands "I, this isn't the BAU"

Simon pauses in his carving and closes his eyes with an irritated sigh, shaking the excess liquid off. "That...that was very expensive brandy. You're lucky that everything's free here."

With his free hand, he grabs Spencer by the wrist. "And I prefer knowing a person's name before he or she touches me in such a fashion."

"Hmm?" Spencer said looking at the man who now held his wrist. He clicked about what he meant "OH OH Sorry" he turned scarlett eyes going down "I, sorry t's just that, well I, this isn't Quantico, or the BAU"

"No, it isn't," he says, letting go of Spencer's wrist. "Suppose introductions are in order, then. Simon Tam."
