My mom cured herself of adult onset asthma with herbs and diet. At around my age, 35, she suddenly found herself out of breath often. She was a regular runner and swimmer and in amazing shape. I love hearing stories like that. It's so wonderful when people take their health into their own hands. And there are so many connections between good health and what we are ingesting.
