Disappointed!

About a month ago, I was walking into the office from the parking lot, my cell phone leash on, and our Director of Technology was getting out of his car at the same time.

He said, "I'm surprised to see you with that. I thought you'd have a bluetooth headset."

I said, "I refuse to wear one of those. I don't want to look like I'm part of the Borg

Completely OFF-TOPIC:
Did you ever watch "Galaxy Quest"? I watched it for the first time with my son last night (love Netflix!) and we were laughing our asses off. Wait. He's a little boy. Let me rephrase: we were laughing a bunch.

That is not off topic! Galaxy Quest is one of the great geek movies of all time! I love that movie.

For real fun, change the language on the DVD to the alien language, and then sit down with a little kid and start watching it. A friend's niece came over and I put it on, and started watching...and she knew *something* was wrong, but wasn't sure what. We probably watched 30 minutes or so of it with the alien voices -- and it's *still* pretty funny!

BTW: bluetooth headset with cord == "intelligent design"

We giggle and sing before we fall asleep and we giggle and sing when we wake up.

I can picture that. It makes me very happy. :)
