Later that night, when her mom yelled at her dad for forgetting about Alice, and when Alice cried because she had blisters on her feet from walking all the long way home from church, nobody understood or cared about why Angela said she was sorry.

I think this is perfect for Angela in so many ways. Her overresponsibility made her who she became and I always felt for her. I love it. Very concise and revealing.

Thank you! I was afraid this was just "meh"; I'm glad you saw something good in it. Yes, I think it's very difficult not to feel responsible in her situation, even if never her fault when something happens.

Oh, that was so heartbreaking. Great job! I never thought about how protective and responsible Angela might feel because of her premonitions. Great insight into her.

Thank you so much. I'm glad this came out alright, I wasn't sure about that. :)

Ooo! How did I miss this when you first posted it?

I'll echo the others in saying that I love the idea that it was her ability that made Angela the pushy authoritarian that she is in the show. Knowing better than others do what's going to happen in the future would really change a person.

Thanks so much for writing!

Yes, it's probably a natural personality trait as well, but I think that her ability definitely played a big part in making her the person that she is in the show.

Thank you for reading!

I'm glad you agree with me. I think Angela's ability is one of the worst ones to live with. I'm glad you liked this fic!

Oh, wow, great, GREAT, younger Angela characterization here. I love to see snippets of her younger family life, especially with Alice, and this totally felt so real and canon to me. Well done!

Wow, thank you! I'm glad you liked it because it felt "real and canon". I'm actually surprised about the enthusiastic responses because I thought this was too obvious, like writing what everybody already knows... But if you guys like it, I'm happy! :) Maybe I have just thought more about Angela than I even realized. ;)
