Danny stood half-in, half-out of the wall, observing invisibly and intangibly. Finally, he entered the room in his entirety, flashing into view. "All right, Plasmius, what are you and your goons up to this time?" he asked sternly.

Plasmius turned around, smirk firmly in place. There was only a brief flicker as his companion phased out of sight. "Oh, look. Graced by the prescence of Amity Park's own little hero." He hovered slightly above the tile floor. "Pay attention now, Daniel. This won't take very long," he said, and struck.

Danny found the reflex to dodge, whirling around and blasting back with double-force, a fighting snarl plastered on his face.

He deflected the blast with a small ectosheild, watching as green light blurred off to the side. Alarms began to blare. "Property damage. I'm certain that will endear the locals to you," Plasmius sneered. Without taking his eyes off his opponent, he addressed his hidden companion. "Take whatever you have and return to base." Crimson eyes narrowed and Plasmius' lips curled in a sharp smile. "As for you, Danny, I have no further use for you."
