Um. Unless it's a class in non-violence or something. Because that would probably get you an F. Unless it's Beginning Non-Violence, because then they'd think you were really good at this, seeing as how you'd started out all killing, and then be all non-killing at the end.
Really, I think you'll just have to play it by ear.
Also, the sunday thing is not required. I will *not* be offended if you miss it. I *may* point and laugh 'cause you will be missing awesome food, but I will also totally understand if you pass. Alternately, I will totally understand if you pass out in your soup at the restaurant. :)
hard-boiled eggs fage greek yogurt w/ honey other kinds of yogurt (other stuff that i shouldn't be eating for breakfast)
Snacks:
cheese sticks brown rice w/ marshmallow bars from trader joes apple sauce cups w/ raspberry mixed nuts sweet potato chips very dark chocolate green tea black tea w/ peach flavoring instant coffee for when i'm truly desperate i also keep some instant oatmeal in locker just in case of emergency (it's organic, w/ flaxseeds - from trader joes - but i just don't love oatmeal)
Lunch/dinner favorites:
turkey with quinoa pilaf [various things] on top of brown rice (often this is turkey cold cuts + shredded cheese]

My favorite easy breakfasts (YMMV):
hard-boiled eggs
