1. So I think I've managed to exercise (the gym or yoga) twice a week for 3 weeks now and I still feel motivated. Sadly I also feel poorer, because I found motivation needed a good deal of structure. It's good to hear that you're enjoying getting exercise for your own reasons that have nothing to do with haranguing doctors. I hate haranguing doctors.
