rah!

an arm snaking past his track

Do you mean tray? Or is something else going on?

Are we supposed to be guessing what Sheppard's allergic to?

Fixed!

And alas, I already know. *grins* But go ahead and try! Any and all discussion and stuff is happily encouraged.

This is about giving me mental caffeine and just being all fangurly and squeeing.

And oh yes... seeing if I can actually write 10,000 words in one day.

My guess is that you're stealing from, um. whatsername *facepalms* and having John be (quite reasonably) allergic to something about the Wraith. But anaphylaxis is almost always caused by something injected or ingested, not just inhaled or touched, and what could that be?

Is this related to the story idea we've been talking about? heeeee. That would be kinda cute.

And don't you forget Ronon & Teyla!

Actually... I only realized that AFTER I got the idea from elsewhere. But it's close.

And no worries.. I've got that mostly covered. Though I do know of severe versions where it doesn't even require that. (as in, an actual person)

And yes, yes it is. No telling!

Oh right! Oh god, SO TIRED.

I had this thought about those folks who are deathly allergic to peanuts and can't even kiss someone who'd eaten peanuts earlier in the day... which lead to me wondering if Rodney had to choose between coffee and Sheppard, what would he do?

Those kind of allergies suck, let me tell you. I become somewhat paranoid about my eating habits when I'm around my gf who has that kind of peanut allergy, nothing like sending your girl into anaphylactic shock to ruin your day. (Something I've never done, thank God)

Generally, in layman's terms, it's a rebound response. Medically, it's multiphasic anaphylaxis.

If he's alleergic to Rodney I'm... not sure what I'll do, but it will bring a tear to your eye, I'm sure.

I have some distinct suspicions about the allergy, but I'm reserving judgement for a bit *g*
