The 'mid move' thing lasts for a long time. Having moved around all my childhood you just learn to get it all packed away with faster and that is about it. Oh and a total ruthless efficiency in throwing crap out again at the other end. Mwa.

Depending on where you are in Kentucky [and how far you're willing to go] there's a really good massage therapist/acupuncture/herbalist near Carbondale. Actually, Southern Illinois and Kentucky-along-the-border seems to be filled with them.
