Things that I want:

The negative side:

1. To not feel like I'm about to panic and burst into tears. This might actually be a thing, where I have to talk to people and take a temporary solution until I actually get past the point of some of the tripping points of the panic.

Regarding the last, would you like me to keep a detailed log of how many hours a day I spend procrastinating?

Or talk about how I make myself stop? (I know it's a NO, and that's ok, but it's ok if it's a yes too.) :)
