Unfortunately I think it happens in the more "provincial cities". Kentucky and Maine both have instances of it.

WTH? That is insane. I'm in TN and I use the changing table in the Wal-Mart bathrooms all the time. If they want me to pay they could clean their bathrooms more. I mean make it sparkle damnit. I wipe seats and changing tables because while they look okay it's a thing. Enough about my cleaning habits. BF.com or breastfeeding.com would be a good place to get the word out. I'm not a member but I lurk a lot.

This is the example of necessity being turned into profit poop schema, literally. I thought it was evil when the toilets went to pay toilets and showers started costing, but this idea needs to be carefully and evenly spready with baby poop, sealeed in some mint condition 1970s trash import, and bulk mailed to the Walton family. Sausages. Wally world needs a kicking again.
