If you get a proper bike you should be more stable, as the big wheels act a a stabilising influence.
Get something normal. I know some of us went mad on the MZ's, but finding someone to repair an east german wierd-ass bike in downtown Brizzle is far from easy. Get something the local garages will understand.
MZ ETZ 125 - Awesome 2 stroke, especially once you've got electronic ignition. Virtually no maintainance. Just remember to use 'some oil'.
MZ RT 125 - Awesome proper 4 stroke bike, or so I'm told. I've seen one and a very nice MZ owner let me use his parking permit (I'd no idea who he was) when I was stuck in the middle of some town or other. He reckoned it was a lovely bike. :)
Suzuki 125s are what I did my test on, and that was fairly okay for a 4 stroke 125.
I am *not* advising you to get a real bike (waves at Kate).
