Yeah... I know I have nothing to complain about really. My life is fine, but decisions really throw a wrench into things. School... impact on life... really sucks. ( School..." )
I have no idea, hon. But I do know what it's like to be "doctordoctordoctordoctor... wait... is this really what I want to do? And is it do-able?" It's intensely frightening. Just keep in mind that things will work out. And even if it takes a few years (or more!) to figure out what's going on, "education is never a waste" (as everyone always tells me), even if the money seems to be swiftly disappearing down a deep dark hole. It's all worth it in the end.
You could take part in Doctors Without Borders (or whatever it's called). That way you could travel, work with people, use language skills, and study the human body all at once. I think you'd take a bit of a cut in pay, but I also think it would be well worth it.

Back-to-school is a bittersweet time of year for me, too. I'm going to major in Philosophy, though, so who am I kidding?
