That is awesome! On a similar principle, there's this:

They've made a movie of this zooming in one layer to the next that is very similar to that flash thing only longer and more diverse. They're going to release a DVD of it eventually which should be rad. The project was started by some guys from Portland too. I'll hopefully procure said DVD when it's done so I can share with you when it's in my possession.
