I see this meme grew quite a bit since I did it ;)
I am withholding judgement until the end, and not expecting to be happy with where it ends or how it gets there, but, oh, how I'm loving it and obsessing over it.
This pretty much sums up my own 'Bones' experience - but then, I stuck with "Buffy" and "Angel" until the end as well (even though the fourth season of Angel was a real challenge), and still love them overall in spite of the occasional badness. Voyager, however, pretty much ended my life as a Trekkie - like you said, it just kept going downhill until I decided I'd had enough.
I loved Supernatural's first two--or maybe three--seasons. When it was about family, and mystery, and the creepy, B-Movie things that lurked in the dark. And then it became something else. I'm not entirely sure what that something else /was/, but I didn't care for it, and stopped watching. ::shrug::
FK was just a disaster. I watched last Knight at time of air, and was so angry I have not watched it since.
And I'd totally watch Robin of Sherwood with you. :) I've only managed to see the first couple of eps, but I love the Robin Hood mythos like crazy, and really enjoy different interpretations. :)
