Uni work DONE!

I have officially COMPLETED all the uni work I left until this week!!!! ALL the articles we were told to "read and review" (yes, I giggled at that), all the Case Study reflections, all the reflection questions. It's all formatted for APA, and all that is left is to print it out, which I'll do Monday when I go to turn it in ( Read more... )

I'm hideously envious -- I'm finally taking a break from the all-day study session. I still have to finish reviewing for Monday's pharmacology exam, and I have 1 more care plan to type up so I can turn email my reports for Friday's make-up clinical.

I like school. I like learning new things. But do you also have the feeling at times, "Why did I sign up for this willingly?"

I wish I had your self-control to abstain from watching TV shows until I've done the work that needs doing...

LOTS of guilt. Lots and lots of guilt. Guilt for not doing it fast enough, guilt that I didn't teach it well enough in the first place, guilt that...well...you pick.

I wish I had your self-control to abstain from watching TV shows until I've done the work that needs doing...

This was so not the case...it was more that I HAD NO TIME because I was doing seven weeks' work in one and could not be HOME while they were on and still get anything done, so I had to wait until I was finished to have TIME to watch.

Still, admirable of you to avoid watching so you could get things done. I've been very lax about my delayed gratification lately.

I've SUCKED at delayed gratification for a long while.

This was just The Week It Had To Happen.

I know when my procrastination has to stop in order for something to get done...and I rarely start BEFORE that drop-dead point.
