Stupid, stupid computers.

Cornbread-->bean soup. Something with a ham hock in it. Also good cubed and toasted and tossed in a big salad with tons of tomatoes.

Cornbread is good with ice cream. (No, really! The dessert possibilities of cornbread are sadly neglected.)

I love cornbread baked in a nice, hot cast iron skillet...and then DOUSED in honey.

Still no computer, sadly, but borrowing one has been working okay...and I've been doing better about getting sleep!
