The cake is MUCH better when made with the (initially rejected by Elf) Real Whipped Cream. And, to be fair, it's just boxed cake mixes I used.
Our wedding cake was phenomenal: we had 3 square yellow cake layers with chocolate mousse between the first ones and strawberries with whipped cream between the second ones, then "iced" in all real whipped cream. It's the Most Awesome Cake In The World.

Aww...you're going to get the chance to learn Chinese? **is jealous** Not that I've ever had much success in learning another language anyway [including sign. >_<]. **sighs**
Give Elf a big-belated birthday hug for me! And tell Ben about when we had the Darth Vader piñata for the nephew, and I was the one that ended up cracking it...by knocking Vader's face off! He might get a giggle out of that one. *G*

Nope...but...well, there is a great cake where the Cool Whip works, but you have to add a box of pudding, and then it stays solid and is fine.

Oh, I'm IMPOSSIBLE with tonal languages. I can't learn Chinese. A few phrases...MAYBE. But I can't get them right OR hear them. And I can't memorize the characters hardly at all.
