Breathing: Still Not Overrated

The day before yesterday I started to be congested. I have (thankfully) been on my Advair and Rhinocort for over a month, and I added in sudafed and even more water and such. Monday night I was coughing like a mad thing and very out of breath. Yesterday morning I woke up still coughing and such--but alert, wow, sudafed, I'd forgotten what it was

I keep a bottle of predinisone in the house these days, with a taped up note on how to taper for five, seven, ten, and twenty days. I hate using the stuff, but man does it work.

This fall I've already done two five day tapers. Yech.
