Lovely. Lovely, lovely, lovely. I liked your Lindsay a lot, she was very real. And this part was great:

Michael was the one who had to puke the next morning, but he crawled back in bed with her, and Lindsay knew he'd brushed his teeth, even if she wasn't allowed to taste him.

I thought that was really sweet. :)

Wow, thanks for that - I think characterisation is definitely the most important part, so it's awesome to hear that I nailed it :D

I stumbled upon this fic and I really enjoyed it. Lindsay's point of view was great and I liked the moments of goofiness scattered in between the angst (like "a part of her was still the eighteen year old (twenty-one year old, actually, and if she'd known that, god she would have had a lot more fun in high school) Michael had left behind").
