(This is a re-post of part of an earlier friends-locked entry, in case anyone is curious about my decisions with regards to Insanity Underrated. Most of you will likely have already seen this, so feel free to scroll on by - but it's here in case anyone not on my f-list wants to read it.)

It's the truth. I cannot and will not change to suit anybody else. I appreciate that everyone has their own opinions - and that they are perfectly welcome to express them! - but the end product must be mine. I don't want to get into a situation where I change and warp the fic so much according to what other people want that I no longer recognize it. It would take all the fun out of it for me, and as I said, when it's not fun anymore ... I stop doing it. You know how it works. ;)
