I love reading about your writing process. I, too, have the same hopes for my PilotsBigBang fic. I hope that through the writing, I can resolve some of the anger I still experience about the finale. I do think that creating one's own interpretation and story can create an alternative narrative that heals. That's what I am very much hoping for. *begs*

A question for you? Did you ever have difficulty writing against canon? I mean when you mapped everything out and said, "Whoa, that's very different!", did you have any struggles or feel like you should adhere as closely as possible with canon, but change the underlying story of K/L? For me, I try out new ideas in my head and get frustrated by the conflicting canon scenes playing in my brain. Sound familiar? Thanks!

I was actually meaning to message you about this season of "24" as I noticed that your girlfriend is in this season . . . I'm a bit of a "24" junkie you see. And I was excited to see her . . . I'm not sure I like her subplot though. But knowing the show as I do I'm sure it will turn out to be uber important as the season pushes forward.
