I can't decide what I love about this more, Emily's admission of why she never told anyone about Doyle, Morgan's admission that he can't trust anybody, or the fact that Emily totally turns into a female, un-misanthropic version of House.

AND THERE WEREN'T EVEN ANY BABIES IN THIS.
