Fairy Cat
Once, I was alone
But then a person found me
And she became mine
My person is not human
She likes to drink blood
She has sharp teeth, just like mine
Sometimes sharp claws, too
A hunter, like me
My person doesn’t catch mice
She catches humans
Scary ones who do bad things
The wolf-man helps her
She likes him, so I do, too
He helps keep her safe
So she can come home to me
And we can curl up
In her big, warm, comfy bed
And sleep for hours
Until she’s needed again
