flatten all layers, then save as > jpeg again. this usually helps.

thanks e1n, but i tried that a billion times TAT;;
i dunno why, but it's because i used the "Add Noise" filter?? When I saved without using that filter, it was like 3MB!

perhaps you can explain this to me??

no clue. it's possible. without the noise, you just have flat colors, and so it should be smaller in size, but with the noise, now your colors aren't flat anymore.

if you can't upload to costco because of the filesize, i would save as jpeg with a lower quality. instead of 12 (which is what i assume you're saving it at), i would save at like 9 or 10.
