So starting in July, I decided enough was enough. I wanted to lose weight. So I started to follow the weight watcher's program. I did it for free, I found all the materials online and did it on my own. The weight start slipping rather slowly, but steadily. where did you find the stuff for free online? All my friends at work do it, but none of them will share the details cause they "signed a disclosure statement". whatever.
