I think it depends on the person, some people may be mature enough at 16, others 25. but Personally, I think 18- 20 is a good age.

Kay so. I got my mom to put on (my) black lipstick. xD It looked wicked on her. Blimey! I think she should wear it more often. It really suits her. She hates it, of course.
