Must it be Finland?
Sweden has a program that you could actually pick up things in your major via the Swedish Program at Stockholm University and classes at the nearby engineering school.

well, I was kind of set on Finland. The reason, i don't know why. I was tempted to look at other programs in the Scandinavian area.
