So last night I had all sorts of stuff I was going to write in here. I'd been discussing with a few friends of mine all the things I learned over the weekend... all the stuff our wonderful government does (and THAT spilled over to a lot more than my planned UFO/Alien things!)... how we've given up so much of our freedom without most people

I Love the Metro!

For much of my life my dad's family lived in Maryland, in the Silver Springs and Bethesda areas. We would go visit them and always used the Metro. Man, the Metro is awesome. DC is awesome. You know the art museum? Dad and I would take the Metro to the Smithsonian every MD/DC trip, it was like a religious pilgramage. And one of the stops on our museum visits was the art museum so I could see my favorite painting - the one where the shark is about to eat the naked guy. Good stuff. And Good luck on your job interview! What type of job are you going for?

hehe... yeah, the Metro rules. (Mainly because it keeps me from having to drive in the District, though.) :)

I actually haven't had the chance to really hit the musems yet. I've been too busy trying to figure out how I'm going to pay bills without a real income... those little things always get in the way... well, that, and I've kept pretty busy out here in the 'burbs with my friends.

As for the job thing... well, that's tonight's post, I think.
