Taco seasoning is mostly just cumin, chili powder, and salt anyway. Just make something up out of the spice rack!

...and if I had anything like that in the "spice rack" I most certainly would have...

But I'm not at all in the mood for Montreal Steak flavored burritos... that would conflict distinctly with the salsa I have.

There's an even better punchline to this story though... wait for it... ;)

But I really don't cook enough. Heck... some of the spices I do have are losing some of their "zing" because they've been in there so long.
