I like Sam first meeting with the angels :)
And this wins : It all worked out because Gabriel popped in on him three days later all apologetic and beaming because they found Abdiel and Dean was sharing his nest and Earth was so interesting!

I had totally forgot that Sam had in fact called Dean to warn him about the angels. I love that this verse explains what's been going on with Sam.

I found this series a few days ago, and read it straight through. I couldn't put it down. My favorite aspect has to be the way that, even though they are too hurt to face each other, the Winchester men didn't hesitate to jump to each others' aid.
