But the natives are a little rude. Like, he's sitting in a bar ("A pub, Bright") chatting up a little Irish hottie, when she waves a cigarette at him and says "Have a fag?"

And, like, he doesn't let anybody talk about Ephram like that, you know?

Oh, I've missed this Bright. None of the gloomy lovelorn Hannah bullshit from season 3, man, this is the Bright I want back. I love how Bright is a dumb tourist, but totally game for anything Ephram wants to try out, and I love the little snapshots of Europe, almost like a tour diary!

I MISS BRIGHT TOO :(

You know the really insane thing about the last 2 episodes of Everwood is that Ephram invites Bright to run away to Europe with him indefinitely. Bright says no at first, citing his new classes, then he says yes, then Ephram is all "Naww, man, one of us may as well get our shit together."

Then like the next day Bright is hugging and kissing Mary SueHannah and declaring his twoo love for her or whatever. Did the writers expect us to develop amnesia about the fact that Bright almost left town with Ephram forever the day before? I mean, really.

Anyway, I'm glad you liked this fic. You always totally get what I'm trying to do. :* I have an OTH plot bunny currently percolating, just for you and torchthisnow. Woo!

I missed the second to last episode, but I'm not surprised one bit that Ephram would ask Bright. It could have been so brilliant, if Bright and Ephram were in Europe next season ... bah. *curses Berlanti*

Yay, I think it's because too often you're writing what I'd like to see happen on the show, so it's all in my subconscious already, or something. XD In any case, One Tree Hill! ♥ I totally watched half of the second season, what. I'm co-writing a Brooke Davis/Summer Roberts crossover, omg. It's going to be absolute crack.
