As a genuinely queer woman, I've always been so let down to see how most lesbian sex scenes go down in mainstream porn. It's like they're just going through the motions and, as you said, simply subbing for a man.
I haven't been with many women in the adult industry aside from Jade Starr before she moved to LA (and she truly was/is into women), but for all the gorgeous women I meet at fetish and/or adult-oriented events, I can't help but keep in the back of my mind that for all their flirting, they're probably not that into the idea of women off-camera. It somehow makes all the lesbian porn that excited me so much as a teen much less thrilling today.
