I was thinking in terms of me, Tina and Jason for the size, but one more person...yeah, I guess they would be kinda small. Sorry about that. Did you at least meet Jackie, the assistant manager?
No we didn't meet Jackie, there was a new Asst. Manager. Her name was Katherine. She seemed nice enough but was kinda.... snotty. But only a little bit.
I'm recommending this purely on the basis of affordability, but Chateau Caron (right next door to where we are now) is like 9-something a month, and they're two bedroom, 1 bath apartments, and they came with a garage unit. The living rooms were big and the bedrooms average sized, and the kitchen was all electric, but nice.
