I am Parusing poetry to use as inspiration for my poetry class next quarter (which starts April 7th, right after Spring break, by the way)

I found this one which, while I don't much like the ending, there are several nicely unexpected things in the middle that I could steal and change and then make into my very own. Like, eating tin cans when manna

Cool! I'd love to hear new poetry! (esp. since I'm taking a poetry class next quarter! O_o ) Can't always keep putting out, you have to have input. I've been reading a lot and not writing on my own stories much recently (probably because I'm in an Honors English (^-^)b ) , and then just yesterday I wrote 7 pages on a new short story.

Do you find that happens with music? Like, if you hear an awesome concert, you're suddenly inspired to go play piano?

Ha, sometimes. Othertimes, I'm so inspired I just have to sit and listen to what is in my head, or replay what I just heard.
