It's a British show currently showing on BBC, in its second season. It's not always this cute - there's a lot of drama about vampires kings and what it means to be human and not a monster, and the scary, scary afterlife people who want to take Annie away... but it balances out the moments well, in my opinion. And it's characters/cast have ridiculous chemistry with each other.
Highly recommended if you're ever shopping around for a new show. :D
